Push-ups are the controller. Every rep is one flap; keep flapping and climb the board.

Getting started
- Put your phone on the floor, screen up, facing you.
- Get into push-up position with your whole upper body in the frame.
- Allow camera access when asked, then start the round.
- Every push-up flaps the bird. Miss a pipe and the round ends; your reps are your score.
Requirements: an iPhone running iOS 16 or later with a working front camera. The game needs a real device — it does not run in the simulator.
Tips for accurate counting
- Light matters most. A bright, evenly lit room counts far better than a dark one.
- Frame yourself. The app will say "Whole body in view" until it can see enough of you.
- Go all the way down, then lock out. Partial reps may not register — the counter watches for a full range of motion.
- Keep your arms straight at the top of each rep.
- Clear the background. Another person moving behind you can confuse the count.
